Exceptional service consistently stands out, particularly the attentive and friendly front desk staff. Cleanliness was remarkable, and the self-service laundry proved to be very convenient after a day of exploration. The restaurant offers delightful light food that's commendable even for non-overnight guests. there were some issues, including limited breakfast options and fluctuating lobby temperatures that detracted from the overall comfort. On occasion, the room's temperature could be challenging to manage, which might affect the comfort level during stays.

great service but not perfect breakfast
The staff at the front desk provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed. The cleanliness of the King Room exceeded my expectations, especially since I am allergic to dust. I was pleasantly surprised to find a self-service laundry available, something that adds great convenience. The city view from my room was delightful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast options lacked variety, particularly for dietary restrictions.

It was just a good pick for a brief pit stop in Samarkand with value for price. I enjoyed the self-service laundry, which was super helpful after a long day exploring. Bring some warm clothes since the lobby can get chilly.

The King Room was quite spacious, providing ample space to stretch out after a long day. I appreciated the clean and modern aesthetic of the decor, which offered a nice ambiance for relaxation.
I faced some discomfort with the room's temperature, which couldn't be adjusted adequately, especially when the sun was baking it like a Tatooine desert. The breakfast options were lackluster, particularly for vegans or vegetarians. if you're expecting a Hilton-quality spread, you might be a bit disappointed here. during my stay, the lobby and restaurant were uncomfortably cold, causing the staff to wear jackets, which isn’t exactly the cozy vibe you’d expect. Lastly, I found the lack of a bidet, common in other hotels, left something to be desired.
